Wellbeing Festival & Digital Exhibition -
Art & Soul

As Director (parental leave cover), of Art & Soul, a West-London art-for-mental-health charity with over 20 years history supporting wellbeing through art I managed their first ever Online Exhibition project and accompanying Wellbeing Festival funded by the local Civic Pride Fund.

As part of the management and evaluation of this project I:

​

- Curated a programme of online festival events including: informal art, practical mindfulness, and colour therapy workshops, as well as virtual gallery visits to October Gallery & Turner’s House, and two in-person art workshops at local community venues run by art therapists

​

- Developed an evaluation framework to measure the project’s impact on people who engaged and on Art & Soul’s profile overall

​

- Hired and managed artists, workshop facilitators, and curator

​

- Supported the team to manage and oversee all events and curate the online exhibition

​

- Supported the team to collect evaluation data and the marketing assistant to collect stats on how online exhibition visitors translated into Art & Soul website views

​

- Produced a report for project funders including statistical data on engagement numbers
