Organisation
Art & Soul, arts for wellbeing charity
As Director (parental leave cover), of Art & Soul, a West-London art-for-mental-health charity with over 20 years history supporting wellbeing through art I managed a project which worked specifically with young people accessing a combination of: local Mental Health Services, the Priory Hospital, the Adolescent Outreach Team, and the local Children-looked-after team.
Art sessions took place online, and across the borough at partner Museums Kew Gardens and Hampton Court Palace.

As part of the management of this project I:

- Developed an evaluation framework to measure the project’s impact on wellbeing

- Worked collaboratively with mental health and clinical services to support a tied-up evaluation approach, aligning the bespoke evaluation I created to their clinical frameworks

- Hired and managed artists, workshop facilitators and volunteers

- Analysed wellbeing scores including UCL wellbeing measures and WEMWEBS data

- Produced and submitted multiple reports to project funders and partners, this included a written report with statistical data and a short film
