Currently I work as creative industries Career Coach for Big Creative Education, London’s largest creative college.

In this role I:

 

- Deliver 1-1 Career Coaching for diverse Arts professionals as they take their next steps in the sector including CV, portfolio and application reviews; practice interviews; job search support; careers advice

 

- Draw upon my professional network to foster partnerships and create opportunities for candidates

- Curate job opportunities and write content for a regular careers newsletter for course alumni (1,000+ subscribers)

​

- Create career resources about CVs, Portfolios, Cover Letters, job hunting and interviews to be shared in course content, on social media and for student use

​

- Manage our internal candidate database and actively match alumni to relevant opportunities in the sector

​

- Develop and administer the collection of graduate outcomes, a data-collection process which I formulated from scratch

​
